I'm excited to share my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful educators and mentors at Instrumentation and Control, DYPCOE. who have been an incredible part of my journey. Their guidance and support have made a world of difference in my college experience and beyond. My time at DYPCOE was more than just education; it was a holistic experience. The support and facilities provided by the college not only helped me enhance my problem-solving skills but also set the stage for my career as a software engineer. The department's courses introduced me to the world of programming, providing a strong foundation for my future.

One of the things I truly appreciated about my time in the department was the freedom it provided. Throughout the course, it encouraged me to explore various career options in different industries, never limiting me to just one or two choices. This openness allowed me to discover and pursue my passion.

Moreover, participating in extracurricular activities allowed me to understand people, and gave me the opportunity to network, and be part of diverse teams. These experiences played a significant role in my overall development. Another highlight of my college journey was the opportunity to undertake practical training and guest lectures with companies such as B&R and Emerson, thanks to the college's MOU. This real-world exposure added a whole new dimension to my learning, connecting the dots between theory and practice.

Besides that, the encouragement and mentorship from our faculty and seniors were game-changers. Their motivation led me to participate in national-level tech events, where I could put my skills to the test and learn from the best in the industry. I can't go without mentioning the incredible support from the Training and Placement Office at DYPCOE. They were there for me every step of the way, offering the guidance and resources I needed to navigate job interviews and land great opportunities. My journey as a successful engineer would not have been possible without the department and college. The experiences and knowledge I gained here continue to shape my career, and I'm immensely proud to call myself an alumnus of this wonderful institution

Placed in- Rockwell Automation

I still remember the pivotal moment of my journey as an aspirant engineering student, when I first visited DYPCOE awestruck college campus. The first thought which came to my mind was that this place is going to change the way I look at the world. Indeed, it did in the next several years. It was a very fruitful journey from the start as the pleasant atmosphere of campus merged with vibrant and supportive college professors, we got the impetus to explore and innovate in our respective fields As in my experience, I was a member of D.Y Patil Robotics and AI club and toastmasters’ team. Being enthusiastically involved in various challenging and mind-blowing activities, in turn, helped me to build my overall personality.
I am really thankful to my department (Instrumentation and Control). All the professors helped me to get industry-ready by providing all the students with practical and basics knowledge. I got campus selected by 3 top firms including Rockwell automation, Capgemini, and Evosys. It was the overall outcome of support provided by the T&P cell by conducting various sessions for placements. These brainstorming sessions helped ease the pressure of facing the interview panel. I deeply thank all the people who were beside me throughout my engineering journey and made my journey memorable.

The four years of college would have been so difficult without the love and encouragement everyone has showered all along. Our teachers and placement cell leaves no stone unturned in getting us the best of companies with great packages. The journey has been very exciting - from attending my first lecture to having 3 job offers! And not to exaggerate, this journey wouldn't have been possible without the support of entire department. The activities and sessions that the placement cell has come up with has helped a lot in facing aptitude tests and interviews. I really appreciate the teachers who have helped us to enhance our soft skills as well as aptitude. Thank you!
