The Mechanical Engineering Department conducted a guest lecture on the topic “From Blueprint to Breakthrough: Modern Tools and Trends in Industrial Design” for Third-Year (TE) Mechanical students. The lecture was held on 29/07/2025 in Classroom No. 3, with around 100 students in attendance. It was delivered by guest speaker Mrs. Suvarna Dikshit.

The guest speaker for this session is Mr. Rushikesh Sarode (2019 pass-out Mechanical Consultant at KPMG India ). 100 students attended a lecture.
The Mechanical Department organized a one-week Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Holistic Development for a Resilient India” from 21st to 25th April 2025. A total of 300 participants attended an FDP.

The Department of Mechanical organizes a one-week faculty development program (FDP) on “National Education Policies (NEP) 2020” that will be held from June 24th to 28th, 2024. 164 members participated in this FDP.
Mesa organized a “Resume Building Session“ for second- and third-year students on February 2 at 3:30 pm. This session is designed to empower you with insights into crafting a compelling resume. Mr. Kevin Patel and Mr. Ajaysingh Thakur from B.E. Mechanical were the speakers in this session.

Harshada Thalape, Ritul Tayade, Shubham Chaturvedi ,Akshaykumar Shinde had registered Patent on topic “Dual Working Composite Smart Mask Vending Machine with Disposing Unit for Destroying used Waste Masks’”.Project work aims to design a vending machine that can dispense to types of mask N95 and surgical masks and simultaneously safely disposing the used infectious mask ,gloves, PPE kit etc.
